Nursery to Kindergarten (Pre-Primary Level)

  • Focus: Early Childhood Development, Foundational Skills in Language and Math, Play-Based Learning
  • Curriculum Highlights:
    • Language (Nepali and Basic English): Alphabets, phonics, rhymes, and simple vocabulary
    • Mathematics: Counting, recognizing shapes, colors, and basic numbers
    • Environmental Science: Introduction to surroundings, nature, and community awareness
    • Motor Skills: Fine and gross motor development through drawing, crafts, and play activities
    • Social Skills: Building respect, sharing, and basic etiquette through group play

Grades 1–3 (Primary Level)

  • Focus: Basic Literacy, Numeracy, and Cognitive Skills as per National Curriculum Guidelines
  • Curriculum Highlights:
    • Nepali Language: Vocabulary, sentence structure, and basic reading
    • English Language: Basic conversation skills, alphabet practice, and simple sentences
    • Mathematics: Addition, subtraction, counting up to higher numbers, introduction to shapes and measurements
    • Social Studies: Awareness of family, school, local communities, and basic civics
    • Science and Environment: Introduction to living and non-living things, plants, animals, and weather
    • Moral Education: Basic lessons on kindness, honesty, and responsibility

Grades 4–5 (Upper Primary Level)

  • Focus: Expanding Core Knowledge in Basic Subjects as per National Curriculum Standards
  • Curriculum Highlights:
    • Nepali and English: Reading comprehension, basic grammar, short essays, and composition
    • Mathematics: Introduction to multiplication, division, and fractions
    • Science: Simple principles of physics, chemistry, biology, and environmental science
    • Social Studies: Nepalese history, geography, national symbols, and social responsibilities
    • Computer Science: Basic computer operations and keyboard practice (optional in some schools)

Grades 6–8 (Lower Secondary Level)

  • Focus: Academic Specialization and SLC/SEE Preparation (Secondary Education Examination)
